Hi, can anyone please give me their opinion on how to answer this interview question?

"As a team leader, how would you implement Good Clinical Practice in your team?"

I was thinking

* offer GCP training online/in person

* use q-pulse (quality system) to ensure all of my teams training is up to date

* in house audits

*offer support and mentoring for anyone new to GCP 

 

Am I being too basic? Any other ideas?
