i've been working in healthcare for 10 years and was selected for an interview at UCSF for the MEPN program to become an Acute Care NP. Anyone have advice on how to prepare for the interview? What type of questions will they ask since I'm new to nursing? I'm very excited about this opportunity and I'm curious on how I can ace the interviews. Is it to my advantage that I'm a male. Thanks for your feedback!

I am also a MEPN finalist for the Perinatal specialty. My interview is this friday and I'm feeling pretty excited and nervous. How did your interview day go? Any feedback or insight into the day and the interviews? I really don't know what to expect.

I would appreciate any advice or information you're willing to share.
