Hello everyone. My name is Shelby. I am attending Manatee Community College and i am very internested in becoming a CRNA. I am taking a class now and i am having to do a report on a nurse anesthetist. I have some questions that i need answered by a professional in the field. I really hope that ya'll can help. I have read many of the other threads and i became very interested in this site. here are a few questioins that i hope ya'll cane answer.

3. What are your major responsiblities?

4.What do you find most satisfying about your job? Most challenging?

5. What is the best way to obtain a position that will start me on a career in this field?

6. What special advice would you give a person entering this field?

7.How did you enter this field? How did you reach your current position?

8. What skills,education, and experience are required?

9. What additional courses or work experience would you recommend?

10. What are the salary ranges your organization typically offers to entry-level candidates for postions in this field?

11. What is the top position to which you can aspire in this career path?

12. What would be the nest step in your career path?

13. What changes are occuring in your field?

14. What professional organizations do you belong to? Are you an active memeber? How are your membership helped?

15. What are the professional journals in your field? Which ones fo you recommend? How doy ou keep up to date with issues and changes in your field?

16. Do you have any information on job specifications and descriptions that I may have?
