Interview for band 6 in ITU- Help required please.

Hi there,

I have been a member of this fantastic forum for over two years and make it my daily routine to check threads each morning. Love how supportive everyone is.

I have been a ITU nurse (band 5) for three years in a busy trust in London. I have an interview in my unit this week for a band 6 post. I have never done a power point presentation for a job interview, thus uncertain what the panel is after. I have spent days on my presentation but keep wondering whether I have too much/too little info. The topic is easy but hard to put it all into a power point ( main points are 'how do I continue to to deliver quality care whilst supervising juniors and supporting seniors').

I really want this job, but uncertain on how to make this presentation interesting (since the panel will have a good knowledge of the topic).
