I am in the last week of my LNA clinical and am taking my state test soon. I am wondering if anyone has advice for interviewing at hospitals. What are they looking for, what do they like to see? I do my clinicals at a LTC, I have nothing against them I just am eager for a wider variety of experience and knowledge. I thought working in the LTC would be horrible but it actually was very satisfying helping the residents and knowing that you are helping make their lives easier and happier. I live in the Manchester NH area and plan to apply to all the hospitals in the area and in Concord. Any advice or tips?
Also I know most people like LTC experience but there are a number of places that don't require it.
