Internal Job Transfer & Drug Testing in Large Hospital System in TX

Hello All Nurses Wise RNs, I have been working >2yrs at 1 specific hospital of one of the three largest hospital systems in N. Texas. I am likely to be internally transferring to another hospital within the very same hospital system in the same city over the next month. I’ve had no problems working with the current hospital I work at; I am just transferring to the other hospital within the system for greater opportunity. My question is from other’s experiences internally transferring... Does an internal job transfer with NO leave of absence usually require ANOTHER visit to employee health and a ANOTHER DRUG SCREENd? It’s incredibly invasive & stressful to me and I would like to know what to be prepared for. Any experience from nurses internally transferring positions within a hospital system from Texas or other states would be most helpful. Thanks, QOTSA
