Inserting Female Foley catheters

I have a question. I am a newish nurse, about 1.5 years. I struggle with inserting Foley catheters in women, especially obese women who cannot help with positioning. I am in home health and I do not have someone there to help me. 

Anyone have any tips for me? It would greatly appreciate it.
