I am an ADN w/ 10 years ICU experience thinking of pursuing a CRNA. I have heard that entry into a CRNA program is highly competitive and I'm wondering if one of the Regents or on-line BSN prgrams would not be desirable? I live in a remote area that would make traveling for the BSN very difficult, at least 2 hours each way.:uhoh21: However, if a less prestigious BSN is going to hurt my chances of acceptance, I'd be better off making the drive, since I have no interest in the BSN other than as a precursor to anesthesia school.
