Infection control in service

Hey guys, I am a new nurse. I've only been a nurse since December 2018 and I have a really great job. I am the only nurse. However, with that being said I have no one to ask for help and I have to give an infection control in service next month and I have no clue where to start. I work in a doctors office. We take care of children and adults with developmental disabilities and a lot of them are immunocompromised. AS i new nurse I have some really big shows to fill so any help or suggestions would be great thank you!!
