Would be great to learn if it is profitable to open up a practice or being independent...

Could you share what salary you are making now working for a group with independent billing or owning an independent practice vs working at a salaried position (hospital/medical institution/medical group).

How much of a difference have you seen? What speciality? And how long did it take you to get there.

I think you can have a better answer about this if you get connected with nurses entrepreneurs or those who have their own practice, most of them are Aesthetics Nurses..you can check linkedin, saw a lot of them and some actually post about their journey, how they made it.
