I am a third year student and am worried I don't know as much as a I should at this point. I qualify in about a years time and feel that I haven't done enough studying. If I come across something new on practice I will read about it after the shift but feel I should of done more studying in general. I make a habit of reading up on the A and P of the body system/s which are being dealt with by the placement area. Is it normal for third year nurses to feel like this?

yes, you are normal. You will still feel this way after graduation and it gets worse when you start nursing practice, then finally your confidence builds and you get comfortable. If you are making decent grades then you are on track. Good luck!
