Hi friends!

I am currently a DDA CM/DN and work for an organization. I have been approached to do some independent delegating nursing for a new small assisted living home that someone is trying to start. What are fair prices to do assessments and care plans as an independent delegating nurse case manager? And has anyone done this independently before? How did your process go?
