Incentive bonuses for VA nurses survey

Just curious if anyone received recruitment incentive bonus. May I know how many percent and years you have to dedicate. Thank you all..

Hi, recruitment incentives vary by VA and department. At one point the seattle VA would add 10k onto your yearly salary to work in the spinal cord unit. At a clc in Columbus I think they're giving 35% above normal pay grade to keep staff. If there's going to be an incentive it will be noted in the job posting or the recruiter will tell you about it.
