Immunizations - UTA Nursing

Nursing Students Texas (UTA)

Anyone else have problems with immunizations at UTA? It seems like almost everyone I have met has had to reapply due to immunizations. I was wondering if this is a common issue. Did UTA always require titers?

I think the titers are a relatively new thing, but I'm having to redo Hep B, MMR, and varicella. My sister is a hepatitis non-responder, so I got them done early just in case there would be problems. Hopefully I'll have everything in order by the time admission decisions come out (assuming I even get in). It sucks because there's a lot of waiting time between the doses and the follow-up titers. Some of them look like they can take up to 6 months to redo if you don't have immunity.
