Yes, animal, child, school, occupational, travel, outbreak, etc.
What were your references for starting? How did you fund ect.
It depended on the results of the community or population I assessed. When making the business case I did a lit review based on the assessment results.
And Again..How did you fund this? You may pm me if you would rather......
Municipal budget, self pay, CDC grant, MCH grant, Block grant, private founation grant, and donations. It depends on the target group and what is going on in various health initiatives, which is part of the community assessment. It is difficult to answer your broad nonspecific questions without the results of your community assessment.
Why don't you post the results of your population and community assessments? You will need that information to use most funding sources.
I have already been approved as a mass immunization clinic through my state. I have been approved to support children and adults with childhood disease vaccines and in addition adults with the influenza and pneumococcal.
We are in Pennsylvania if that is the issue.
I have many employees that work for me supplementally that are employees of the local department of health. We have a Hepatitus A and TB breakout currently.
We are both a for-profit and have a non-profit entity.
