Hi all,
I am brand new to this forum and hoping that this is the right place for a question. I have been in the US since 2006 and since being an indian it has resulted in delays in getting my green card. I am still on H1B visa, and now got laid off. So, my options are limited. However, one of my dreams has always been to pursue nursing, I was hoping to complete my prereqs while employed and then pursue nursing, but now deciding to get a student visa to do so.
I wanted to reach out and see if there is any suggestions/advise to go about this strategically so that I can get placed in good programs to get an employer to sponsor.
I understand that immigration is always tricky and changing, and we cannot know the future. I will appreciate your tips/suggestions if there are others in similiar situation.
