I'm currently taking Pre Health Science at Fanshawe College however, I'm struggling as, I have been out of school for a few years (I'm 23) and the course load is crazy it is an extremely brutal and challenging program. I don't understand the struggles as, I'm not stupid and did well in high school with high 70s(78-79%) and mostly low 80s (81-83%). I was wondering if this program doesn't end up working out if, I could still become an RPN? I didn't get into the RPN program as the campus in my city requires an 86% average, however, I have seen another potential path to becoming an RPN. This path is a PSW to RPN bridge which is offered at other colleges in Ontario and you apparently can get a 70% in the PSW program and would still be eligible for the bridge program at these collages. I wish, I had listened to my mom and some of her coworkers suggested taking the PSW program instead of Pre Health and trying to apply again once, I had completed the PSW program. Does anyone have any advice or some addition information on this bridge program? I would appreciate any help, thanks.
