I'm new, please share your nursing experience

Hi guys, I'm a new member with all nurses and a new nursing student. I was wandering if anyone would like to share their nursing experiences with me. What motivates and rewards your work as an RN, how do you maintain your practice experties, how do you deal with conflicts with other team members ( doctors, nurses, patience), what kind of ethical dilemma you often faced in practice and how do you see the roles and responsibilities of the RN change in practice. Any or all questions answer would be wonderfull. I am doing this for my big nursing project. None of you're specific information will be shared with others and you can also contact me in private.
