Im I studing to early for boards?

Hey im new to site. Im currently enrolled in a nursing program (PN) this is my first quarter doing the nursing classes the quarter ends on the 15 I just ordered the Saunders Comperhensive Reveiw book and I was wondering am I moving to fast? I really don't do to well when it comes down to test like this. Can some one tell me a effecient way to study so that I will be well prepared. Also we have to take a entrance exam at the begining of every quarter to go on and have to make a 90% to keep going to finish the nursing program do anyone eles have to take this test, and maybe can give me some insite on what to expect.
