I'm confused about psb test score!!

ok so I took the psb test almost 3 weeks ago and with the packet they send you with your test date and everything is the minimum test score requirements to pass..I took the test and got my results today in the mail...and it says that I'm below minimum required score on non-verbal and total academic aptitude sections..buttttt...the minimum percentile for non-verbal is 25th % i scored a 68th % and for total academic the minimum is 50th % and i scored a 79th %...am I just an idiot and not reading this right or did someone mess something up..my raw score for each was nv...21 and total academic was 57...and both are in high average column..im so confused!!
