If i reject an admissions offer, but want to re-apply, can i?

I got accepted as a transfer student in for spring 19. If I dont get accepted to the nursing program I dont want to go there next semester. If I REAPPLY again for Fall 2019 to the university, will they not take me because I rejected their offer in the beginning?

I would call the admissions office and see what they'd recommend. You may be able to defer admission so that they would move your admission to the fall instead.

Or they may be able to just note that you are declining because you will attend only while in the nursing program.

I'm a bit surprised that their admission into the school and the admission into the nursing program is separate. For all the ones I applied to, admission into the university was contingent on acceptance into the nursing program. So you didn't have to decline if you were rejected. You just reapplied.
