IELTS ISSUES

I have a few questions about ielts. I'm a Filipino citizen currently living legally here in Italy for few months. I applied for a nursing/theatre job using a website and few days later I received a call from an agency, just to make the story short they found an employer to set up an interview with me and few days after, I had an interview with the hospital manager and the following day the recruitment agency told me I got the job out of 5 of us who had the interview. The hospital is willing to sponsor me and help me to accomodate. The agency told me I have to take IELTS and register to NMC asap so they can move forward for my paper works. My question is what if I failed the IELTS, am I losing my chances to be sponsored again by that employer? I actually have two degree aside for B.S Nursing I also have an Associate Degree of Surgical Technologist and I took it and graduated United States and work there for few years. Registering in NMC is so much pain in the neck. Is there any other option so I can attain togo to U.K in order for me to easily work there as a nurse and register to NMC maybe? And also my problem is the centre that have a nearest dates up to april are too far from my place and I am so worry about the travel time, me and mt wife are only living here and we don't even have tons of friends who can help me out for the travel in order for me to be on time.on the test date. I actually need only 10 more points for the 70 points requirements of the immigration base on my research.. I am so desperate and stressing right now, I don't wanna lose or miss this opportunity.
