IDFPR endorsement process

I've gotten RN licensed in Ohio, Maryland, D.C, and Washington State but Illinois has got to be the most challenging. I am applying for my endorsement license and I am at the transcript section.

1) Is IDFPR allowing me to upload a .pdf school transcript that has been originally sent to me by my school institution? They don't make a distinction in the process whether they want it sent to them officially from the school institution. That would be nice because I already have an electronic copy.

2) My BSN school's option to send a transcript is only done electronically but I am unable to find IDFPR in their list of options (tried spelling it out etc..) and I do not have the option to type in a physical address. What is then the email address for IDFPR I can send my transcript to?
