any ideas on my patient?

A 54 Year old client had an uneventful total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpino-oophorectomy earlier this morning. The pathology report confirms stage 2 endometrial cancer with minimal lymph node involvement. She was widowed 6 months ago, has no children, works as a 1st grade teacher and has a close relationship with her sister, neice and two nephews who live nearby. Postoperatively, she has a Hemovac attched to an abdominal drain and is receiving an Iv of D5LR at 125ml/hr and has morphine available per PCA pump. You are assigned as her nurse on a general surgical floor?

I agree with Nurse First, people on this website tend to be skeptical of posters asking us to complete their assignments (or so it seems) - and rightly so. A little help is one thing, but a whole assignment usually raises a few eyebrows.
