I think I need a new job...

Hi everyone. I'm a relatively new nurse - just got my RN and been working in a nursing home as an LPN for about a year. I just recently went full time at my job because I'm extremely broke and didn't have time to find a new job - I need money NOW. Anyway, I'm thinking I made a mistake. I work 3 12hr shifts a week and every time I work I do the work of at least 3 nurses. I clean up the mistakes of other nurses. One of my coworkers actually called another coworker to tell her about all the mistakes she found that she made - and she's not even management. I also work for my coworkers all the time but no one will work for me when I need it. I'm charge nurse every day I work because none of the experienced RNs can "handle the stress". I'm seriously considering finding a different job because I'm tired of being treated this way. I've talked to my supervisor and she just says things like, "Don't work for that person if they won't help you out" and says she'll fix things but never does - in fact, I do some of her work for her like employee education which is considered her job by our corporate office. I just don't know what to do anymore. I also frequently get asked to do things I haven't been trained to do that I don't feel comfortable with and they say, "Well, you're an RN now." Seriously?Any advice? Sorry for the rant and any errors - I'm writing this on my phone!

I would love to hear answers from this because I too have had hard times at my workplace. I'm always cleaning up messes the other shifts cause. Yet seem to get the full blame if something isn't done, despite there being 3 shifts total. The final straw was when I had to talk with the DON because I didn't do some paperwork, said paperwork happened on my day off. But the response I got was "It's your unit."

But without rambling I would love to hear what others say.
