I need to interview an RN for a class project

There are four questions I need answered.

1. How do you define professionalism and how does it apply to your job

2.What do you consider as unprofessional behaviors as a nurse

3.How do your define patient centered care and how does it apply to your job? Are you familiar with the institute of medicine report and quality safety and education in nursing competencies as it relates to patient centered care?

4. Describe an ethical distress or ethical dilemma you have encountered. Does your organization have an ethics committee? are you on it?
