Hello everyone, I read almost all of those comments on different topics. I just need a little bit of help about test overall. If someone who have already taken the test could take time and explain as detailed as possible what does the test look like. Is the actual test harder than exercises. I have Mometrix book, and I heard that a lot of people are complaining that Science section does not have to do anything with this test, that is really bad source for science. If so, What book would you recommend for science section. What kind of problems are on math section? And basically any information will help me out a lot. Thank you so much, love y'all.

I agree that Mometrix book is nearly useless for the science section of the test. The test goes much deeper and into more details than the Mometrix book. To be honest, what helped me was taking my Anatomy and Physiology textbook and going over a system at a time. Watching videos on youtube was also useful.

I don't think the Mometrix was a bad source for the science, just not the one and only source you'll need. No TEAS study guide is going to be able to go into the details you need for the test because they are limited by space. Instead, you are going to need to use the study guides as a basic overview and then review those topics in further detail using your textbooks or watching online videos like from Khan Academy. That's what I personally did and I scored high on mine.
You can buy one of the practice tests from ATI to get a good feel for how the test is structured and formatted.
