Can someone please help me find a hesi study guide? I live in Texas near Dallas. I'm in the RN program and we have to pass the Hesi exam before we can take the Nclex-Rn. I don't have a credit card to purchase a book online. I just began the program, but I want a head start on studying.:spin: Whoever can help me prepare, I will be greatly appreciative.
