Hello! I got my diploma Personal Support Worker or PAB (i am from Quebec), 750 h 3 month ago and i trying to find job in Montreal and area but i can t! It so many job offer , but they don t call. I send my CV to many places and just got 2 calls, one place i went for interview but they told me- everything is perfect but my french is no perfect:(. other place - interview a ok,my french was ok, they call me 3 days later to ask me to come for information session PDSB and evaluation , i came and it was all day! ( even i have my PDSB card) with evalution and i just was one girl with 3 guys, now is 10 days passed nobody call me from that place. i am going to go back to school for LPN soon, but i don t think it wiil be easy to find the job in Quebec if you dont fluent in french. What is wrong, why it is very hard to get job even PAB?
