I have a family that I see in the office ,every time the stench greets me before I open the door. The children smell of urine , I have been trying to be as tactful as I can . Yesterday was awful all three children were there reeking so bad I was gagging . I just am at a loss at how too approach this with out coming right out and saying use SOAP AND BATHE YOUR CHILDREN. help
