Hunter nursing personal statement

Hey, I was wondering, what did current Hunter nursing students and current pre-nursing students write for their personal statements? Is there a word limit? What are some dos and don't's when writing the personal statement?

When considering admission to Hunter's nursing program, I know that they care more about the GPA and NLN composite score, but does the personal statement have to be perfect? In other words, does it have to be perfect like when writing the college essay?
