How's nursing course like (especially in UNISA)

Hi!

I'm planning to study B. Nursing at UNISA next year! I take university reviews online with a pinch of salt but I still want to know what it's like studying in UNISA, how nursing courses in SA are like and how Adelaide is like because it'll be my first time in Adelaide. So I'd like to get some advice from current nursing students or graduates or actually anyone really xD I'd like to know the academic curriculums and also the teaching part. This is going to be my first degree so I appreciate any information regarding nursing in general! Thank you in advance!
