How is the score added up for ivy tech nursing ? Teas plus what other scores

How are the scores added with teas? I thought for English psychology and sociology it was worth 30 point being an a , & 20 point b etc, but my final score is going well over 160. I'm so confused.

15 points for English

15 points for Psychology

100 points for TEAS

Sociology does not factor in.
