How reliable are RN school ratings from Registerednursing.org

I have just stumbled across "2018 Best RN Programs in California" by registerednursing.org

Has anyone ever heard of this? They basically rank all the RN schools in your state from best to worst. Is this reliable, do potential employers look at this, and is it accurate?

I ask because a few of the schools I'm applying to for nursing is on it, and some aren't. Should I choose to attend the schools that make this list? What does this list even mean, and what is its credibility?
