How to pass the entry exam for LPN

Hey family

I would love to join the school of nursing to pursue LPN here in Toronto Canada and I would love to be helped or advised ,because am really scared of failing because I haven't been in school for 6years now and I heard that you have to do math test ,biology and Chemistry and pass better with good marks

So what could be the advice on how to prepare myself before that exams
