I'm a current SRNA and found an opportunity in my area from a medical center. They want to offer me a stipend during CRNA school, and in exchange I will be locked into a certain number of years of employment after graduation. This intrigues me, but I don't want to get suckered into a bad situation. What questions can I ask or what things should I know about pertaining this opportunity before I commit to anything?
Thank you in advanced for any advice!

I have not been in this situation yet - but I have heard that many Anesthesia Associations and hospital systems will offer loan reimbursements for years of work.
I would first and foremost confirm that you like the facility (including patient population and frequent procedural services) in which you would be dedicating years of service.
Hope this helps ?
