My class was just assigned a LONG list to memorize. It's easy for me to recognize the names of them when I see them-example- BO3 3- borate. I can recall the name of the ion but I'm having a hard time recalling the super scripts and subscripts..... I have a giant poster on my wall on which I handwrote each one in large letters. Will it come in time or is there a particular technique I should try to get them all down?
thank you for reading!!!

Also, learn prefixes and suffixes. What does hypo- mean? What about -ate? When do you use them? And so on and so forth. Trust me, it will make a world of difference.

Yep - I agree. Use a combination of mnemonics and language. It really works.
