How many dilutes can you get in tpapn

I’m in TPAPN in Texas and I’ve had two diluted urine test with each one they required one extra urine test that month. Does anyone know what happens on the 3rd or more dilutes?

I'm in a different state but someone in my peer group has had like 6 dilutes in 2 years. Nothing has happened to her, they just counsel her and she's had to get extra tests.
