How to make a Case Presentation?

please help anyone here.. i tried to search the net for several hours and still searching until now but i cant find a particular info about this one.. i wanted to know what is the format of a case presentation and how to make it so i can make one.. the only idea i know in case presentation is the objectives, discussion of pathophysiology of the case, and nursing care plan.. i know how to make NCP and those things but i dont know how to start doing the case presentation if i dont know the format or guide or the contents of it.. i read from wikipedia but its too broad, i need a particular or specific format on how to make a case presentation.. any help will be appreciated.. pls guys help me so i can do our case presentation.. the case is more on OB patients..
