How long does it take to get a Hawaii RN license by endorsement?

I moved to Honolulu Hawaii with my husband in March 25. I submitted the RN endorsement application on April 2. It has been over a month and I have not yet received my RN license number. They always say the same thing that they're experiencing a high volume of applications and usually take 20 business days. Some of the operators are really rude and they don't want to answer your questions and would rush you off the phone. Has anyone having the same issue?
