How do I get new nursing references?

Greetings all,

 

Seeking strategies to get new references for nursing jobs. (I am a fairly new grad but have had a couple jobs). It seems especially hard given the isolation of covid 19. Any tips?

Besides taking advanced practitioner classes? $ THANKS.
