How do I get APRN licensure verification sent to HI.

I am applying for licensure in Hawaii coming from Texas. For the verification part I am able to send my RN from the NURsys website. However and I will attach photo it says to contact state of texas BON for APRN verification because they don’t. Am I just supposed to send in the form to their email or is there a direct way to submit it? DoI have to mail it? 
 

I have posed this question on another site just to have my time needlessly wasted by people who weren’t even familiar with the process. And kept telling me the process for certification verification. This is for LICENSURE
