How to help Old Nurse New to Home care assessment & documentation

hello

I have been a RN for 20+ yrs and home care for 15. As of late, I am having a huge amount of difficulty helping nurses learn the rules for home care assess and documentation. It all seem to come so easy when i matriculated because I "wanted" to do better so i would read other people noted, pick up helpful tips and keep any and all correspondence from office. Are there any handouts or websites that I can lean to for education. A lot of these nurses seem to think that you are requiring so much because you are a "picky" boss, not that they are medicare/home care requirements. I've always felt and been told that I was a good instructor but some of these new nurse seem determined to believe they know best. Help!
