How hard is to get into the LPN program at Suffolk Community College NY

Hello! I am currently a college student hopefully going for nursing. I wanted to know how hard it is to get into the LPN at Suffolk Community College. My grades so far is 

ENG101- C+

PSY101- B+

and I am going to take BIO105.
