How to get ready for tenet Med Surg Position

So excited, just got accepted to a tenet med surg position. Exactly what I was looking for. Now, any tips on how to get ready. I start in one week. Does anyone have a checklist of skills and other items I need to prep on. Assume, I know nothing. Thanks in advance.

I am prepping on:

IV skills

Wound skills

Medication admin

When to change lines

endings of drugs

getting a list of how to prep patients for tests

I am not in a versant program. So I thought I would prep on my own. What are the basics that I must absolutely have in on first day. What do I need to memorize. What do I need to keep on my mp3 player so I can look up. What do I absolutely need to know when I walk in.
