How can I find something that works with my kids schedule?

I’ve been having a terrible time with childcare. I’m switching to night shift because I feel like it may be easier than finding someone to watch all 3 of my kids and provide school transportation. I really need to find something thats 9-5. Where in the world can I work? I don’t see any school nurse openings near me and there’s nothing with that shift at my current job open. There is a job at the jail, but it’s only for an LPN. I’m really struggling as a single mom right now.
