Alright, I'll be a new grad RN from CSUC soon (~101 days...not like I'm counting or anything) and I have been trying to do my job search. I don't know if I need to wait for a job to show up on their website and then apply to that? Or should I just send out resumes to every hospital AND apply to things online?
I just have this bad feeling that hospitals don't post their new grad positions online because there are so little openings and so many new grad RNs in CA now! I feel that you need to know someone to be able to get in :/ I had a connection to a nurse manager at a hospital, but I still haven't heard anything from the people she gave my resume to
And if you have any tips for me, that would be great! Thanks!
