How accurate are the FNP practice tests?

I am taking the AANP FNP exam tomorrow and I am scared to death! I took the Barkley review and have been studying. I have also taken all 3 diagnostic readiness tests (DRTs) on the Barkley site, as well as the AANP practice tests. I have consistently scored in the low 70s which is passing. So, I am just wondering if you guys took these tests, and if so was it an accurate indication of what is on the exam and secondly, if you scored in the 70s did you pass on your first attempt? Thanks!!
