Hospitals that pay for tuition in Northwestern PA?

Hello everyone! I am new to this site, so please forgive me if I am not up to speed on everything here! ha I do have a question though, and could use some help...

I am not currently a nursing student, but am strongly considering going to school to become one. However, I have just finished school for a completely different area of study and don't really want to add more to my ever-growing pile of debt (but I know I will have to haha). I know that some hospitals will pay for your tuition if you promise to work for them for x amount of years afterwards. If this is true, how do I go about finding these hospitals, or is it any hospital? And would I work as I am going to school, or work afterwards?
