Hospital Partnerships with Community Colleges

I was able to find a list on page 8 of this document http://healthcare.maricopa.edu/pdfDocs/workforce_whitepaper.pdf of health care facilities that have partnerships with community colleges. I was hoping that everyone here could help with some more insight. I know that the accelerated nursing program at SCC has a partnership with SHC and they pay tuition for their employees. From what I understand SHC doesn't have any requirement or contract with their employees except that they need to stay employed with SHC while attending nursing school to get the tuition paid for. Does anyone know about the other partnerships?

Looks like this information is not updated, since is showing only information up to 2005. I was wondering if someone has information about CHW and CGCC partnering because I know it is new program and I wanted to know if it was like the Banner fellowship program.
